At KEF, we are committed to providing an exceptional audio experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a standard return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your KEF account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your KEF high-fidelity equipment in its original factory internal packaging and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
